pregnacy after tubal

i had a tubal(cut n burned) 10 yrs ago after my 3rd child. Sadly she passed away 2 months later of SIDS n every since then ive been wanting another child. All through the years I thought I was pregnant about 10 times but wasnt. Any delays in me getting my period was bc my cycle was changin when the seasons changed. N reading these threads ive learned women who get a tubal will experience false alarms its some kind of syndrone. But this is the first time ive experience cramping from a week after my period stopped until its time to come on again sometimes so bad i chk to c if it started but so far nothing yet. due to come on 19th but nothing yet what do u think is goin on? O n Im 37 u thnk this changes things?
