What is the possibility of a pregnancy despite Levonelle (approx. 50 hours after intercourse) and him not climaxing inside about 1 week after the period had finished? (There was hardly any penetration but he might've had pre-cum on penis.)

I think you have little or no reason to worry about you getting pregnant: chances are you weren’t ovulating just a week after your last period, there was only pre cum that contains almost or no sperm at all, and most importantly, you took the Levonelle in time for its hormones to work. So, you're most likely not pregnant.
You should consider using some reliable birth control method, be it pills or condoms - this way you're not only risking unwanted pregnancy, but you are also possibly exposing yourself to numerous STDs,
