Hi everyone. I just found out I'm pregnant. Had a sneaking suspicion back in Dec (2months ago) n took a hot that was negative. So I went on about my usual life (taking birth control, working 2 jobs, smoking cigarettes, and having an occasional drink). Suddenly in the last 10 days of January I start getting pms symptoms. Only they're real bad...on day 9 I could barely walk n went to the hospital. The er Dr informed me that I'm pregnant. The ultrasound tech couldn't find a heartbeat n said I was prob just to early in my pregnancy to see anything. I go back today to have my hcg levels checked....I feel like I already know they will have gone down. I explained that I think I'm closer to 9 wks n having a miscarriage but they insist I'm only 5 wks n its too early to tell anything. I know my body. I know when I started to feel pregnant. This is not my first but my 3rd pregnancy. Is it possible that my fetus died n the nurses n doctors r wrong on the conception date because of its small size n lack of heart beat? Also I've been ill with a flu-like virus for about 2 wks. Idk if that is important info or not. And yes I am still in excrutiating pain in my back, lower abdomen and have pressure on my pubic bone.
