Ok so yea basicly what it says on the tin, i use a period tracker, and it shows that iv had periods from 24 days apart, to 30 days apart, iv only been 30 days apart once,and that was last month,..but the tracker said this month im expected to have my period around 27 days apart this month, its now the 30th day, i can usualy be around 4 days late, or sometimes up to 4/5 days early...But since its the 30th day apart im worrying since iv never been past 30 days...so im 3 days late, i know your not supposed to worry until 10 days late,but im a worryer... i usualy know when my periods coming because it starts to have a pain when i use the toilet, but iv been reading that can happen with pregnancy too, I had a big feed before work earlier and was running late so had to run and got a slight cramp in my side, im not sure if its a stitch or pregnancy cramp....Can someone please tell me what to do and symtoms, because i cant tell my mum!!
