i just found out im pregnant like 5 weeks i work doing nursing which includes heavy turning and lifting is that safe or not

You can continue to work but be attentive to your condition. Many women in the medical field have been pregnant and continued to work thru their pregnancy. My mother in law is in a Nursing Home and her Aid is 16 weeks along. She is able to lift her but takes her time. Be sure to use your leg muscles when you life, not your back or stomach muscles.
