I've been getting over a cold, it has now turned into unbearable pain in my head, mostly on the left side, sharpest pains when I bend over. I am 8 months pregnant - wondering if I just have a bad sinus infection. Do I need antibiotics, or can i do something more along the homeopathic way? Will antibiotics affect my baby's health at all? It's been about 2 days of headaches.

The thing is that you might have problems with sinus infection but with your pregnancy you might have issues with blood pressure. Have you measured your blood pressure in past month? Have you noticed any changes during this period? I am not sure if you are able to take antibiotics that are strong when you are pregnant, but you can always consult your doctor about this. You have to understand that you have to be careful with medication during pregnancy. Headaches are most likely caused by your cold and infection in your sinuses. What have you used to treat the cold? Have you considered to boost your immune system with vitamins a bit? I hope this helped you.
