I am a diabetic, 61 yrs old, I work out 5 days a week, after working out I get a feeling of pressure in my head, sometimes it last a few hours, recently it has been lasting 5-6 hours. No dizziness, and my blood pressure is not a problem, usually in the normal range 120/73-80. Today I walked for 1 hr on the treadmill, then did some weight training, and 6 hrs later I am still feeling the pressure.
