I have major head pressure. Have had MRI of brain, seen 2 neurologist, chiropractor, rheumathologist, and GP. Know that I have TMJ, Hypothyroidisim, also numb and achy arms and shoulders at night. (wake up dozens of times per night because of that). The pressure happens when I have been sitting, usually in a car, doesn't have to be for a long period of time. I get up, and within 30 seconds start to have a tremendous pressure build from the back of my head. I don't get dizzy per se, but kind of like woozy. When this happens I also start hearing like I'm in a paper towel tube, and sometimes my ear/s will ring. I've had it for 5 yrs now and it slowly is becoming more frequent, several times a day. The only reliefe is to breath deeply and pull apart my craniam for a minute. I've tried doing nothing and find the symptoms get worse and I become fearful of passing out. I do have low BP, but it doesn't plumit at that point. Any hope of figuring this out?
