Hi. I'm 46 year old male and I'm interested to find out some information about my muscle problem although I don’t think that it could be anything serious.
These last couple of weeks I'm playing football for an hour and a half with my working colleges two times a week and I'm feeling simply great. I think that this is exact what I needed. But, since this started I can't walk properly because of these frequent leg muscles contractions. I know that this couldn’t be anything serious but I was just wondering could I avoid it anyhow!

Hi. I know that this isn’t anything painful or similar but I do realize that it could get rather unpleasant!
These frequent muscles contractions are called fasciculations and I will tell you something about them.
Like you probably assume- they mean nothing serious although can be evidence of some nerve damage. But, because you have told us that that you suddenly practice excessive physical effort-it is the probable cause. Over-tiredness is often the cause. It will eventually stop but in the meantime you could take some muscle relaxant such as Flexeril or some similar to it!
