I've noticed some small projections clustered in the space right under my urethra, and the same type of bumps along the inside of my right labia minora near my urethra. They're round and the same color as the rest of my skin there. They've been there for a long time (months to years, I think), but I never actually looked at them until recently, nor did I know they aren't normal. They don't hurt or itch or cause me to feel anything at all. They're just bumpy when I touch them. I've masturbated but never been sexually active with anyone. What are they, and should I be concerned?

If you've had them for so long you don't remember when they weren't there I doubt there is anything wrong but you could ask your doctor to look at them if you are worried
