Sir ,After a mayocarditis ,I took an echo cardiogram and diagnosed for mitral valve regurgitation (mild), low ejection fraction,dialated ventricle, and left ventricle systollic dysfunction, doctor gave me some medicines,clopidogrel.and other
after a week after some vaccinations (menigitis, hepetitis B/ I had palpitations AND DOCTOR GAVE ME A CARDIOVERSION ,AFTER THAT
some medicines like ecosprin,75/ beta blocker,ace inhibitor placebo,
I am a diabetic,and hyper cholestrimiac/and my age is 46/ from india weight is 79 /height 5--8/
toomuch medicines and i couldnt stand or walk, now as per my own will, i am taking only beta blocker (carvedilol 3.126/ ecospirin/ and a pill for diabetic 5 gms/ now I feel strength, can run, intercourse one a day/ trek. walk 3 kms a day/ yoga and meditation and switching to vegetarian diet with fish and i quit smoking
