my period was supposed to come on around the 25-26 of august and well it hasnt. but i have been feeling bloated, with cramps, my boobs have hurt, lately ive been having nausea, and feeling tired. i have had to go pee a lil more than usual, and i have had back pain( but i do have a back problem) its already september 7 and i still have no period. im scared that i might be pregnant. and i have been stressing about it. does this mean im pregnant or could it be that because im worried im making myself feel symptoms?? please help me?!!

i read in another post that if someone reads about the symptoms of pregnancy that your mind will play games with you and make you think your pregnant thus giving you these symptoms.. is that true???
i really need help, i cant talk to my family or mom about this because no one knows im sexxually active. my family is old fashioned.

i do want to take a test but because my family doesnt know of this its hard to do things without them not knowing..

Look try buying a preg test , you dont have to take it in your house , you can take it in a bathroom anywere.
The pill should be waiting but if within a week you dont get it , take a test.
