What causes pupra-related bleeding? I need more information about this disease. Its symptoms are purple bruises on the skin. Should it be treated topically or systemically?

I think that it’s thrombocytopenic purpura what you think about. Purple spots on skin are caused by bleeding in small blood vessels near the surface. It is caused by low level of platelets, and platelets are needed in forming of blood clots. Symptoms of thrombocytopenic purpura are not just purple dots, also nose or gums bleeding may occur and be hard to stop. More serious haemorrhages may occur too.
