After recieving oral sex from a woman, I noticed some small dark purple spots on the glans near the tip. She was going a bit rough I finally got her to stop, since it was beginning to hurt. ANd today i dunno if it's jsut in my head but the glans also feels tingly, but I think its just bruising from the trauma, sort of like a hickey? Should I go see my physician if they dont go away?
