I don't think this is anything big but its been bothering me ,for the past 2 days I have been feeling pressure around my sternum doesn't hurt but its just uncompfortable when I sit ,I can hear and feel gas type noises in the same area ,is it possible to get gas buildup or something? thanks alot ,Mike
