Basically Ive been a very heavy weed user for 5 years now. Smoking no less than 10grams a week somtimes more depending of if I was selling at the time and who I was hanging with. Recently my mental health, social life and family relationship and sex appeal have taken a nose dive. So Im finally manning up and going to kick this ****.
I'm so motivated to do this, and was looking for advice on foods, drinks and supplements that with speed up my recovery.

Great decision.
Just eat healthy stuff, maybe take some vitamins. It helps to get your digestion readjusted. Be moderate with coffee, cigarettes, sugars and fat. Make a habit of drinking a couple of glasses of water every day. When you get nausea, switch to soup when necessary.
The most important part is the mind work. Keep yourself busy and try to stay positive. Never forget that in the end you'll be better than when you smoked.
