raised clusters of lumps from penile shaft to anus.

I think the clusters started from my anus because there was an annoying spot on my anus that I could not help but scratch and I guess one day I accidentally broke skin and tte infection has spread between my thighs up to my testicles, my penile shaft, and now my leg. The clusters look basically like a bunch of bunch poison ivy bundled up into one pile but its not near as itchy and needy as poison ivy is. Its more like a pulse pain and the occasional itchy phase. I have no idea what it is and other than the inside of the lumps the infected areas are not discolored at all they dont even look irritated other than the swelling. If you know what this is please reply with a home remedy... if there is one.
