Rash In Pubic Area?? Itches From Time To Time

Ok First Off im 18 Year Old Healthy Male,, [[Run Track And Cross Country]] And Recently A Rash Has Appeared In My Pubic Area, A Little Low Of My Waistline, And it Appears to Be Slowly Spreading. Its Freaking Me Out Because Ive Never Gotten One Before. The Rash Is Kind Of Circular Shaped And It Itches Every Now And Again. I Don't Shave That Area So I Know Its Not Razor Bumps. Im Sexually Active [[Have 1 Main Sex Partner]] But i Always Use A Condom... Except Once But That Was Nov.09.2009 With Another Persoon. It Started January 24th 2010 So Something Would Have Been Came Up If That Was The Case. Any Advice? I Shaved The Area Just Now To Get A Better Look And Its About The Size Of A Dime And The One Directly Across From It Is About Half Of One.Its Like Little Heads That Form A Circle Inside Also. Also The First One Has Been There About A Week And Now Its Like 2 And A Small One Is Starting To Form. There Is NO Puss But Its Like A Bump That Itches. Im Lookin At It Now And Its Like Its Healing With New Skin On Top. [[ I Used Some Old Briefs During Practice For 3 Days In A Row Also..[[For Compression]] Could That Be The Case?? Ive Researched And I Think Its Between Jock Itch Or Herpes.. Help Please??
