If you are uncertain, it would be best if you visited a pediatrician.
The symptoms do remind of measles. Has your child received his/her first measles shot?
First measles shot should be received anywhere between 12 and 15 months of age.

The treatment for measles includes resting in bed, in a colder room without bright lights.
If a doctors finds it necessary, a child could receive coughing medications (if there is any cough) or medication to lower the temperature if it persists.

Symptoms associated with measles like rash, temperature, lethargy, etc should be gone in a week or so.
