Razor Sharp Pain AFTER urinating, Cloudy White Pee...Problem Since 10 Years of age.

Are you slightly taller then other male relatives in your immediate family such as brothers or your father by 1 or 2 inches? You may want to get your testosterone levels checked by an endocrinologist. The test will need to be scheduled early in the morning in order to be accurate as testosterone levels vary through out the day.

I'm a med-student with the same symptoms and a couple educated guesses... the pain, white discharge, etc etc. pay have something to do with some form of prostatitis or irritation / inflamation of the prostate...

this would cause strange quasi-semen like discharge... despite being clear for STIs, it would also potentially cause stinging burning during urination if surrounding tissues leading to urethra are inflamed... would also cause a feeling of fullness right around the root of your core... between your anus and your testicles... could make taking a c**p painfu, give you a feeling of fullness, inflammation, narrowed, stool innability to void, or even slight bleeding / streaking of blood on stool/bowl/toilet paper....

the sharp dull burning blockage feeling pain at the end of urination could potentially be due to some type of retrograde movement of seminal fluid in the pipes (fluid which may have been displaced due to inflammation, but which was moved again when urination begins) ... look up PROSTATITIS and RETROGRADE EJACULATION in wikipedia for a start


happens to me too... i'm a recreational drug user, actually these days its mostly just to stay up and study... but after periods of doing large amounts of GHB + amphetamines, being extensively sleep deprived, poorly nourished, sitting on my ass in front of text books for long hours and smoking 1.5-2packs a day... i get this phenomenon

stinigng burning during urination (intermittent)
marked sharp almost intolerable pain deep in the urethera after termination... almost like theres a clump or something stuck in there...
ive only had 2 diff sexual partners in the past 3 years, almost always protected everytime, and had an STI test about 6 months ago... since then ive had sex twice.. both times protected.. and these intermittent symptoms ... which only ever appear in conjunction w/ the behaviors just mentioned, have been happening for years... also has been described by other peers / friends who use these drugs in a similar way... I have a couple guesses...

I've had the exact same problem, it seems like the general consensus is inflammation of the prostate. Not sure what the best method of treating it would be, but in my experience if you can sit down and take your mind off of the pain for a bit, without pushing out any of the discharge, then the pain seems to subside. Then i usually drink a lot to flush out the system and wait for as long as i can to urinate again.

ok im 17 and i masterbate but i dont think it has to do with it at all. but the other day i was at the urinal and i was peeing nomal all the way until the very end when it came really white, almost like a precipitate. u no like tiny solid particles in my urine. it was normal liquid though not all nasty. i want to get checked for stds soon but i dont think thats what it is. pls help me out

I noticed the thing happens to me on days i eat cheese (mostly when i eat pizza) (not always obviously). When i eat salads and fruit, i pee comfortably and quicker

I've had the same thing for about a year now, and I have been seeing an urologist. Up to now its not kidney stones, but we're now trying to balance the pH of my urine. Watch out for foods high on uric acid. I've also been drinking 2 or 3 cups of water about 2 hours before going to sleep, just to pee everything that may be left there, and up to know its working.

same thing for me, although its only when ive nearly stopped peeing i just get a few drips and ofcouse some pain... really strange and had it for quite some time now but its been melting my brain trying to figure out the problem

I've had these exact same symptoms as you all describe for 12 years and I'm 26 now. Very frustrating and debilitating at times. Over the years these spells of pain have come more often. There have been times where I've gone 6-8 months without an episode and I've also had it 2-3 times a day, sometimes waking me up in the night.
I believe it's related a lot to stress/anxiety/excitability. Alcohol and caffeine don't help, but I've consumed both in large amounts and had no problems in the past. Adderall has also been a trigger. I describe it as complete discomfort in my mid-region, burning sensation in my penis, usually lasting anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. An erection (sometimes) and chills often go along with it. Lately I've had more of the cloudy urine with the semen-like chunks, which tend to stick to the toilet. I do know that the pain will go away if I can relax and get my mind off of it. A warm shower or bath helps. Things like yoga, meditation, focusing on my breath, and any kind of excercise helps a ton. Standing on my head also has helped! This might be due to the pelvic floor muscle contracting or spasming.... and the pelvic floor muscle is very closely related to the nervous system. When it's tense, feelings of urgency (feeling like you have to pee) and discomfort (burning) can be present. I've read that physical therapy can help flatten this muscle out so it's not so easily contracted.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Interstitial Cystitis or Painful Bladder Syndrome (IC/PBS). I think it's possible for a person to have a variety of different syptoms when suffering from IC or PBS. I've been to a few doctors and 2 urologists and I think I've been misdiagnosed every time. This is the first time I've seen a message board with symptoms so closely to mine. My doc recently prescribed me Darpaz which I've taken twice now. It seems to help...... it makes my pee blue! He said he took it when he passed a kidney stone. I had a flare up this morning (after coffee, adderall, and a little stress at work) and I took one. I don't know if it took the pain away, or I just calmed it down myself (maybe placebo effect?). I also notice that I get the pain more often after I go #2. I was constipated for a few days last week and had no bladder problems. Weird.

I'm 19 and have been having this problem for a few years. I've also experienced identical symptoms to the rest of you with normal urine until it turns cloudy white at the end, follow by half an hour of sharp pain and the need to constantly urinate in several small spells within the half hour. I've not noticed any onset, although I did have my first episode last night for the first time in a few months, and that was the day after I had been swimming in chlorinated water and the same night as I had my first coffee in a few weeks. It appears that others have been experiencing these symptoms after swimming or having caffeine as I have, although I often swim and drink coffee without any consequence what so ever. It seems difficult to associate anything in particular with these problems and so I do not even know where to start with preventative measures. I've never mentioned this to a doctor because of how little to problem occurs; it's just irritating knowing that every time I urinate the potential of half an hours pain is always there. If anybody knows what exactly the problem is or how to prevent it, their help would be much appreciated.

i'm kind of philosopher and i think that the pain might come from urine acid, burning your wound inside your penis head

If you've ever felt the pain of vinegar on your Wound, you know that burning pain and it's Similar to this one
so i think that this could be caused by weak skin in the penis that is broken because the skin is not imune to urine acid
or the too acidic urine

the skin could not be broken at all, just the acid is burning -drinking a water could help to dissolve the acid

I've read through ALL of your posts... I'm a 35 year young hot mama and have experienced the same thing. I don't have a prostate (obviously) but have the same, oh my god, pain after peeing which becomes white and cloudy. No STI. I've had a complete hysterectomy so it's not female anatomy related. I'm thinking it just has to do with manual stimulation and it's the universe's way of telling us to keep our hands out of our pants. Now... with that said... and with as intermittent as it is... will it really make any of us stop masturbating? Just sayin'.
