I myself have this problem and have had it since I was 12 years old roughly. I am 19 now and after many changes in diet, fluid consumption and exercise, I have found no correlation between it and the condition. Initially I thought pull in juice may have had some bearing on it, but that was soon proved to be inaccurate I believe. Hope someone can find a solution or cause of this, and while it is a shame many people have to put up with this, I'm glad there's final an accurate account online of this problem, especially seeing the past 7 years I have found little information on this and were unsure if anyone else experienced such a Thu.

I have the exact same issue. I however don’t notice any cloudy pee. However alcohol seems to make it happen more often. What I do is chug to bottles of water after it happens and hold my pee as long as possible after it happens then pee a healthy amount it seems to clean out and remove the pain. I have had it for as Long as I remember and I’m 20. Seems to happen more in the summer. Maybe happening from sweat.

I've experienced the same since I was about 10 years old too, but for me it seems to have to do something with dairy products: glass of milk or dinner with dairy products in it and the day after my pee is white in the end of a pee, and one advice is to just let all the pee empty out of ur bladder, for me my bladder have the tendency to leave small amount of clean pee in the very end after the white stuff and result is no burns after. I've stopped drinking glass of milk tho, so I have this problem less. I stand up when peeing so it's a maximum free way for that stuff to come out. I've been going through cystoscopy and doctors didn't know what it was! One guy here talks about chronic bacterial prostatitis, that also could be something to consider for the problem we guys share

Just before I urinate, sometimes I discharge a white cloudy substance that looks like semen, but I don't think it is. It is painful. I know meth passes through urine mostly unchanged, could this be a factor?
