I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH REACTIVE ARHRITIS AFTER A BITE INFECTION ON MY RIGHT ANKLE.

I AM NOW FEELING LIKE THE INITIAL ILLNESS HAS GONE BUT I AM LEFT WITH SEVERE FATIGUE AND ACHING PAINS IN MY LEGS ANKLES AND ELBOWS IF I EXERT MY BODY AT ALL. 

MY DOCTOR HAS SAID A BOOT CAMP TYPE EXERCISE REGIME TO REPROGRAM MY BODY'S PAIN PATHWAYS IS THE ANSWER..... I AM TRYING VERY HARD BUT IT KEEPS REACTING ..has anyone else tried this type of regime 

I GET SO EXHAUSTED I FEEL LIKE I MIGHT COLLAPSE, PEOPLE THINK I AM PUTTING IT ON AND COULD DO MORE BUT THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND TEN MINUTES FEELS LIKE TEN HOURS TO ME. 

I WANT MY LIFE BACK I WANT TO DANCE AND JOG AND DO ALL THE THINGS I DONE BEFORE...

I AM HAVING HYDROTHERAPY FOR MY LEGS IT FEELS GOOD BUT I AM NOT SURE HOW LNG IT WILL TAKE .. ANY ADVICE FROM FELLOW SUFFERER. WOULD BE GOOD. BY THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR LYME DISEASE TWICE AND ALTHOUGH IT SHOWS TRACES OF AN INFECTION THE IMMUNOBLOT ALWAYS COMES BACK AS NEGATIVE.
