On February 22, my girlfriend and I did something. I rubbed my penis on the top of her vagina, before the hole. I may or may not have precum on it but I did urine in the morning. We did it around afternoon. After I rubbed, I fingered her(im scared it has pushed the sperms in) during this time, she was on her period. A week after she was about to finish her period and we did the same thing again. Still unsure whether I had precum on my penis we did the same thing.
She has a rather very irregular mense. So she did not get her period on the month of March. On April 10th, she got her period and it was for a week and it was heavy as usual. Then, early this month, she felt like vomiting. She did not feel nauseous in her stomach. It was for only about 2 weeks and it has gone off now. She also had heart cramps as in her heart in pain on the first day she felt like vomiting. She said she didnt feel nauseous or anything, just like vomiting and sometimes its because she ate fast but I'm still worried. I really am. Could she be pregnant? Last week she had this mild cramp on her left side it didnt hurt and it only lasted 2 seconds. She still hasnt got her mense for this month. I am really worried and wondering if she is pregnant. She doesnt think she is pregnant but reading online about this matter scares me.
We are going to take a test soon, but I'm afraid that the HPT bought might not be accurate as I've read that sometimes it may give a false answer. So how can I be sure?
Also, may I ask if someone cums just abit and the girl gives a BJ, both party kisses and then a few minutes later, the guy spits on the girl's vagina to finger or licks her vagina can it get her pregnant? I'm sorry for the lengthy post but I hope someone wise can help me with my enquiries soon.

A word of advice regarding females and pregnancy:
If you have sex and she gets her period she is not pregnant. IF she has sex and does not get her period then further testing is required to rule pregnancy out.
She got her period for April, did you engage in oral sex that month too? Did you engage in any oral sex for the month of May?
You already said that her period is not regular, chances are that her body is just experiencing a normal delay of period. There are many reasons unknown to even doctors that females get a delay of period although they are not pregnant, it's normal and plenty of women experience this.

But I've read some people that got their period for 5months or lesser and they assumed the weren't pregnant. In the end they actually were. That's why I'm abit worried. Thank you for your help though. How about the vomit feeling for 2 weeks but not nauseous feeling? I hope you can answer these too.

What you did is soooo unlikely to have created a pregnancy I would say it's virtually impossible.
Periods can be all over the place, especially when you're young and/or new to sexual doings. When I was in my teens my gf for almost 2 years was never regular and we KNEW she couldn't be pregnant unless it was another emaculate conception. If we or mainly if I, did any licking or fingering at a time anywhere near to the time her period should begin it might make it late or make it start early or maybe she wouldn't have it at all that month. The missing one was a real blessing for her because she was in such pain during her periods. The biggest worry we had was her mother noticing and blaming me/us for doing what she didn't want us doing.
Later when I got married my wife had the same problems. She didn't become really regular until in her 30s.
