Well, there's a little place on the front of my Penis it's kinda 2 CM's long [BTW, I'm 12] and it's been there for a while. It's kinda wrinkly and it's right at the head. Will this go away, because i've heard that sometimes it doesn't. Also heard and seen that Penis' have the same thing but the erection has a head shaped weird, it's under there but it doesn't come out? Why not? Is this normal?
