It might be an idea for those who like alcohol to have a glass of whiskey nightly.
Vitamin C needs to be started well in advance,about November,continue until April,and for those who do not eat good nutrituous meals I suggest a daily vitamin if affordable.
Kids need to be well clothed but also out in fresh air summer a d winter,less cleaning,handwashing as you are weakening their immune system,of course daycare and schools harbour all ills.
This is good advice since I am 70 and never catch a cold or flu.

It's Feb 2016. I was laid up bad from about Xmas eve until mid Jan. Two weeks after getting better same again and a week after that bam again. First time was the worse but nothing in comparison since. I tried everything. Detoxing and Vits ect. It's a nightmare as I don't seem to get things done. Just as I'm ok it creeps up again. Sneezing , coughing and general fatigue. Have had Anti Biotocs but think they are a waste of time. Had steroids and inhales. Stressing me awful. What a start to the year.

Vax leads to person not knowing they have caught 'proper' flu so they go out and spread it further.
Add to that we're all only hours from anywhere in the world - humans weren't meant to cope wth those sort of continuous hits.
Very noticeable in this seaside holiday spot. Visitors brought lurgies with them from all over, first to be hit were the shop keepers, then the rest of us. PPO [guess!!!]

Seems to be a very efficiently mutating virus. Probably getting a lot of practise with all of us mixing and moving around the planet, not to mention all the vaccine research help it gets.
