I have had this as well for over 4 weeks.. Just weird as I am normally heathly. First throat then nose streaming and sinus then chest. Finally had Dr and had antibiotics .they are nearly finished and I felt better now sore throat back and feeling like it is starting all over again ! I found this site by trying to search for anything I could take long term as a tonic. Wish there were some suggestions here !

Have you looked for signs of mold around your house? Sometimes it hides behind the walls. This same thing was happening to my mother, we found a leak in the attic that was causing water to run behind the sheet rock and growing black mold. It was hidden for months maybe years.
