Im looking for some help....for the past month or so Iv been having a couple of problems with my Foreskin. Everytime I have sex, It turns a little red and more sensitive. The more sex I have, the worse it gets. My foreskin becomes swolen a bit and really red and hurts for a couple of days. I can still pull my foreskin back over the penis head without a problem, and there is no white discharge. It clears up after 2 or 3 days of leaving it be, but then as soon as i have sex again, it comes back.
I have had 2 sexual partners in the past few months, with my first the condom broke once. She has said she is clean of STDs and that i shouldnt worry. I know that I was clean before that too.
Anybody know what could be causing this/ What I should do?

could be one she had a yeast infection,sometimes guys can get them too, if net then let me know cause me and my bf are having the same issue

I have sex with my boyfriend in the next day my boyfriend appears lot of small dots in his penis and I did the STD test everything is negative but I use the doutche and I don't know if that could be the problem
