Hi, for about a year and a half now my penis is really red (like tomato red), dry, and it hurts quite a bit when you touch it. When I pull back the foreskin it sticks to the penis head and hurts when I pull it back. I clean my penis everyday with Dove soap becasuse of the lotion conent in it. I masturbate a lot, practically once everyday and I haven't had sex before either. Please if anyone can give me an idea of what this is so I may fix it asap; its really embarrassing. P.S. I was also hopeing if I could get help with my masturbation problem...It has kind of become an addiction and I want to stop masturbating so often. Thank you so much in advance for the help.

I've been using it for half a year. I used to just use cold water (not too cold) but then I started using all these different types of soaps that made the irritation worse, so I moved over to the Dove soap because I found it to be less irritating. Its the Dove bar soap for sensitive skin.

It sounds as though it could be more like an allergic reaction your having, have you tried changing your laundry powder/liquid or fabric conditioner if you use any?
