So, i don't exactly know how long, probably for about a week or two (not so sure exactly) so since i have this small red lump right where the lips part. It's not IN the vagina, more like right at the tip of it. It hurts and somewhat itches. Its pretty big, probably nickle size. When i press on it, it feels squishy and it hurts (not a sharp pain though)

I'm a virgin,19, so its not anything sexually transmitted. I haven't masturbated in a long time so it couldn't be an infection from any other objects.

Please, does anyone know what this is? My family is kinda held up on a lot of bills and stuff and the doctors are only when we think it's serious.

The lump is under the skin, red, about nickle sized but it may be a tad bit bigger. Its somewhat squishy when i press on it, like a mass of skin i'm pushing around, not liquid. It hurts when i sit in a certain way that puts pressure on it.

If i do need to go to the doctor, does it have to be my family doctor or a gynecologist?
