Red Spot On the Ball Sack?

I rather keep my identity a secret so my name is unknown here. But anyway to the topic on hand. I realized yesterday (from this post) that there was a red area on my sack, on the right side. It wasnt on the actual testicle but its on the sack part, and it is about the size of a pencils end. It doesn't hurt nor itch, but I am really worried. I rather ask here first, just in case its really nothing. Please can someone respond? I'm really worried about this. I'm a virgin too so it isnt an STD.
