Under my right labia, I have this small area that is red. It's darker than my skin in that area but it's not a lump. I wouldn't say it gives me any pain, but it gives me a feeling I don't know how to describe, like I know it's there. Sometimes it's itchy. The feeling I said I couldn't explain, I don't always get it but sometimes it is very noticable. I don't know for how long I've had it, I remember noticing it a few years ago when I was 15 maybe, then I completely forgot about it. I wouldn't give it much attention, but now I feel it might be something serious. I'm 18 now. It can't be an STI because I've never had and sexual contact down there. What could it be? Is it serious?
