Its just in your system. Every male struggles with some sort of Fungal infections. I mean come on its all hot and sweaty most of the time down there. I get them all the time.
Use ALOT OF LOTION when having sex or even masteration.
Do not use any type of NON FUNGAL Cream at all. It will just irritate it more.
First try it out do if non fungal cream dont work then go to the doctor.
Lotramin is really good. They have one jock itch get that one

yeah i got the same red spots under my foreskin and its so itchy and i m using ambiciline 500mg tablests for 5 days..is it the problem ? i dont know whts goes wrong i am so afraid can any one help me .

Same thing here. Itchy red spots, saw a doctor and nothing. He suggested that it could be a male yeast infection, but it still seems like something else. I dont get herpes if thats what your thinking, Herpes causes scabs and open sores. These are not open sores, its small itchy red bumps.

Yea I was on antibiotics for the last 6 to 8 months. I have been using doxy for my acne since November and saw these red bumps then. I went to one of those mini clinc doctors and the fool told me it was herpes because my foreskin had torn leaving a cut on my foreskin and pain while peeing.(Waste of tears) Anyways I went to my university's doctor who deals with young college kids like me all the time he told me it was a yeast infection. I was then given 1 dufilian pill and I used t tree oil which cleared it up eventually. I also got a blood test done for herpes which came back negative, obviously.

Second infection
Now I'm using yogurt which seems to be help but I ate sugar and flour yesterday....and the bastards came back. Oh and when I first same them it was after I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend. I also some bleeding. Man, I'm so done with antibiotics and unprotected sex. Oh and stay away from too many yeasty foods and sugar foods....

Also it seems as if you have a foreskin your more pron to getting the infection.

But all the treatment taken was found fruitless, and I had consulted a physician and he prescribed the second ointment and tab named Oflowock-400. Taken this presciption about 5 days and still continuing and no cure is noticed and is spreading day by day. Please peruse this posting and kindly give me an advise regardig this.

It actually sounds more like a symptom of Thrush, (a yeast infection), I am girl and i used to always get this as a result of using the contraceptive pill, but any one can get it at anytime its to do with an unbalancing of certain hormones, anyway if ever i got this my boyfriend would also get it off me during sex, an the red dots and itching are a symptom, You can buy the cream for this in stores like boots or clinics you don't need a prescription. Its called Canesten cream, its very similar to athletes foot cream, but you can get cream specifically for thrush it should say on, there is also a different cream for men, the one for women, will state that so just look out for that.
Using the cream morning and night and cleaning your penis thoroughly, should get rid of it in less than a week. Also pouring some vinegar into your bath helps soothe the itching! Salt water also helps :-)

I have been struggling with the same thing for four years, dealing with doctors telling me that it is nothing I should worry about and going to the dermatologist, the urologist, and so on, I figured it out on my own, cause the doctors were no help at all, they just gave me antibiotics, and steroid cremes,etc. I was talking to a friend of mine about it, and she told me to try a simple little test just for the hell of it, so I did. The test is simple take a paper towel soak it with Apple Cider Vinegar and rap the penis in it for 15-20 min, it doesn't feel great but if your results are the same as mine you will see white spots normally not visible to the naked eye, but only on the shaft and under foreskin if present. I had three little spots under my foreskin, go figure. Its not the answer I was looking for but it explained my problem, the problem is a form of genital warts, that is not quite as ugly as what one may see on the net, but warts none the less. The truth is I was relieved just to be able to put a name to it. The kicker is that I had taken the urine tests for genital warts about once a year and it showed a negative result. The long and short of it is I treated myself with Apple Cider Vinegar, by soaking cotton swabs, in vinegar and applying it over night for about ten days or so. It is not pleasant, but it works, the vinegar desolves the warts as u treat them. After applying overnight wash the area as one would usually do, let healing take effect during the day and repeat, as needed. One should see results in a day or two letting one know that it is working. Apply only to effected areas. The head of the penis may not show any white dots, if that is the only area effected but the same treatment works. The warts are caused by the hpv virus, that is present in about 80% of adults in one form or another. They are like regular warts in the way that once they are gone one may never see them again, it has been about three months since they have been gone and nothing is coming back. The hpv virus is spreed by skin contact alone so contracting the virus is almost inevitable. There really is nothing one could do to prevent it other then never touch another person ever. So to all the people trying to figure this out like I was, try this and I think you will be happy with the results, I was. Its not pleasant to find out that one has warts but its better then never finding out what it is, at least its treatable and really just an inconvenience more then anything. And to all the doctors out there that have no clue what these red dots are, get a clue, run different tests cause those urine test don't work, or perhaps its a new form, either way your doctors you should be able to figure this stuff out.

I have the same symptoms, but i don't think i have the same thing. I've seen several people say go in the ocean(salt water) to help it, however its the Ocean that causes the red spots and irritation on the head of my penis. In fact, It's the only time this issue occurs. Does anyone know what this is?

I, a 13 year old boy who has not had sex, am having an occurance of red lumps on the head of my penis, im too scared to tell my parents or a docor as it is embarrassing. Does anybody know what it is, and what i can do it heal it?
