Red spots on head of penis and under foreskin

i hadnt had anything like this before. i'm 24, i had unprotected sex with a new girl and after about a week, i noticed some small red little marks/lesions/little bumps on the inside of my foreskin and 1 or 2 little bumps on the head of my penis. naturally, i was very worried about it. there was no itch at all, and the red marks/bumps could hardly even be felt by the touch but they were there. after showering or masturbation, they became more obvious.

 

here's what i did, and after 1 application, i have already noticed improvement

 

showered and washed groin area and penis very well, 2 or 3 times with full rinses in between. after showering, i dried myself very very well, and used a hair dryer blowing cool air to make sure all the moisture was gone. I did this because i was convinced that it was a sort of fungus after doing online research, and fungus needs moist environments to thrive.

she would use teeth a little bit while giving a blowjob, and then i had unprotected sex so i figured that fungus was likely the answer. after drying the area very well, i used baby powder to keep the area smooth and dry. i went to a local Shopper's Drug Mart (canadian pharmacy) and bought a cream called Canesten topical cream, for athlete's foot, ringworm and jock itch. i applied the cream last night before bed, and this morning the redness is pretty much gone. if i look closely, the little bumps are still there but they are smaller than before, and they aren't red. i will continue to apply this cream twice a day but i am very happy that after even 1 application, i have noticed significant improvement!! its been a week since i posted about this, just wanted to confirm that the cream has helped and i havnt noticed any reoccurances. im still sexually active with the same girl, and havnt used a condom so the cream must have taken care of it.

I'm having the same thing, kinda freaking me out, I'm only 15... I've been having sex, usually use a condom, but I have not used one before (My girlfriends on the pill,). I'm not circumcised, i find i get this every month ish or so, but this time I realised it happened when I cleaned the inside of my foreskin (Head) With toilet paper and water, it may be from rubbing too hard. Or maybe just a reaction to latex.. but i doubt that. I've had it before but it's always gone away fast and comes back later, but it is embarrassing to talk about. Gonna get checked soon I think, hopefully it's not an std or it wouldn't go away... I recommend taking 2 showers a day, (Not using soap on your penis) Unless de-bacterial soaps... Hi i have the same thing red spots but im only 13 did the doctor give you any injections or needles or anything like that because i want to tell my parents but im scared they will send me to the doctor which they obviously should, but im terrified of needles.

They forsure won't give you any needles, worst is maybe some cream and pills...

The other day my penis just started itching like crazy my foreskin itched and the back of my shaft. The top of my scrotum also itched and now there is one spot of little red bumps on my head and under my foreskin and it just starts itching randomly through out the day. Can someone please tell me how to fix this???

hey i am 21 years old. about a week ago i had unprotected sex with a friend, she said she was clean and always tried to keep it safe. long story short, i woke up 2-3 days later with very small red rash like bumps. i counted only three on the top side of my penis, they were very small and could hardly notice them, i also noticed a rash like ring on the inside of my forskin when i pull it back all the way. i am not having any itchy problems or showing any signs of discharge or irritation. and the bumps went away today, but when i jerked it in the shower they came back, they seem to come and go.

ive only had sex 5 times in the past 4 years. ive gotten this once before, the first time i had sex(when i lost my verginity). it scared me so i went to get checked, i didnt get a std test i just had the doctor look at it. she said it was a yeast infection.

now that i got it a second time i am kinda worried, ive always tried to keep it safe. i clean down there a lot. i suspect it could be balanitis? or some type of rash like symtoms due to forskin rubbing. its weird because ive only been with 3 different girls, and ive only gotten this with 2 of them, both were one night stands. the other was a FWB and ive never goten this with her.
