Aside from the advice posted by the other users, there is likely a free clinic somewhere in your town where you can go. At most free clinics, they do not contact your parents unless you give your consent.

Try vinegar in your bath, i know it sounds silly but, it neutralizes the effects of a yeast infection, the salt can irritate it :)

Does this mean if you and your girlfriend both have it, and both try an get rid of it at the same time u cant have sex coz it will keep passing back an forth or what? or just use a condom i spose.....

I have the same thing, with extra; dry foreskin, sometimes painful splitting if put through friction (sex/masturbating). Not masturbating or having sex for a week (or two), and cleaning excessively every shower (even when painful) tends to clear it up. Although, it only comes back after unsafe sex. I will be talking to my girlfriend about the likelihood of a fungal problem, and find out what we can do to solve it for her.

I have red spots on the top of my penis, on the foreskin and under it. They do not itch, it stings when i go to the toilet. I went to Drs. Ive tried anti fungal and anti infection, neither worked. They told me i could have herpes, i was worried about this so i went to the GUM clinic to have a STI check, but i got a text saying all tests were negative. Any ideas?

Found the same thing and found that it is more like a yeast infection of the penis. The cream that comes with womens yeast infection kits works good to clear it up and also eating yogurt with active bateria culture in it.

Its ok man we all get embarassed about things like this. it could be because u were masturbating and didnt use enough lube. it happens just give it a rest for a while and you should be fine
