I had myomectomy surgery this past December where I had 4 fibroids removed and every since then I've been having this fishy odor. My doctor has given me flagyl, doxycycline, and something for a UTI. All of them take the smell away for a while but then it returns.

I will honestly say that I do masturbate a lot (daily) using a silver bullet but it is always covered up. Do you know why I keep having this issue and what I can do to fix it? My vagina has always had a very fresh scent but I'm worried that I may have lost those bragging rights since my surgery.
