I have taken 4 mg Requip for many, many years to fairly successfully treat my RLS. I also take 200 mg Tramadol for hip pain but discovered that it also helped with the RLS. Now, however, I'm getting the same creepy-crawly sensations in my arms and the restless leg syndrom is not as controlled anymore. This is occuring day or night, with or without leg sensations, before, during and after activity... I think I'm already taking the maximum dosages for these meds and have already made all the recommended lifestyle changes- quit drinking and smoking, lost 85 pounds, exercise regularly, good diet, etc. What do I do now?

I have the same problem tgnanny. I have had the feeling in my arms for years and my doctor told me that it is possible for the sensation to go to you arms. I have been taking Mirapex for 5 years(?) maybe longer not sure and went from .25mg to .75mg and in need of a new medications due to augmentation. I get the feelings all day and find they get worse, in my legs and arms, when I am getting use to the medication. I have gone from a medicine I cannot remember to requip to mirapex in the last 18 years. The arms started feeling the same sensation for the past 9 years. I hope you get some relief from this.
