I have been experiencing constant, stabbing, severe upper right rib pain directly under the right side of my breast for 3 days. Not due to any recent injury, however 4 years ago I broke the 4 lowest back ribs, which resulted in a small R. lung puncture. I've fully recovered from that old injury, but can this pain be attributed to damaged R. lung from the puncture? Or could it be a heart problem? My blood pressure is 123/83 and have no palpitations, sweating, but am suffering from dizziness & nausea when I move too quickly, and upon awakening. I've been using heat, ice, and Lidoderm patches, w/no relief.
