I suffer from rib pain .When this hits me it is like a spasm.It hurts so bad I can't even breathe, or talk it may last for 1 minute to ten minutes .this is on both sides of the ribs. This may happen on both sides at the same time or one side at a time . It comes on some times if I cough or I can be laying down doing nothing. I know it is very painful.
