over the last 4yrs or so i have had my right side of my face tingle,muscle tighting, numbness, and lightheaded... i have gone to a neurologist which couldnt pin point it and just put me on neurontin. i currently went to a pain specialist and they did do a cat scan and i do have 3 bulging discs so they did injections 2x and it hasnt helped, gave me perscriptions that made me nauseated so i stopped taking them...anyone know if could be fibromyalgia? or any suggestions?

Have you ruled out the possibility of Panic/Anxiety attacks? I have occasional bouts with anxiety and I will get those same symptoms too. JJ
