I don't want anyone replying who's going to judge me and claim that it's life threatening when they really have no idea.

it's not life threatening. I mix adderall xanax and weed all the time and while i'm sure it's not good for me, it's not that horrible either. but i recently got prescribed lexapro and i just want to know the real risks/dangers of this combo. anywhere from 20-50 mg adderall, 1 mg xanax, 10 mg lexapro and some weed. i've done a little research and the only thing that concerns me is serotonin syndrome. if anyone has any personal experience i'd really like to hear it

Well, only thing that you are concerned about – serotonin syndrome – can be caused by each of these medications taken alone, Adderall and Lexapro obviously are more likely to be the cause, but combination with Xanax just makes it easier for bad thing to happen. If you read side effects of these medications all three of them can cause exact symptoms of serotonin syndrome, from shivering, sweating, irregular blood pressure and heartbeat, nausea and diarrhea to muscle twitching and breathing problems that can lead to serotonin syndrome induced coma. So, which of those medications you absolutely need to take? And even if we let serotonin aside, you think that damaging liver and stomach which is inevitable with medications used for a longer time isn’t serious?

If you want to mix this cocktail, you should be aware of what you are doing to abuse your mental health.  The scary, irreversible outcome is psychosis leading to schizophrenia. There will be a point of no return, and you may realize this when you can't do anything to  help yourself. Sounds like you don't want to be judged.  I hope that your "wanting to do it your way" doesn't lead you to get committed.  If you are defensive about being judged, maybe it's because you know what you are doing isn't right.  Help yourself now and get some help.

I mean I don't think you'll die or anything, but people with ADHD really shouldn't smoke weed or take xanax, makes symptoms worse. In my opinion you need to stick with just the stimulant. Kinda going in the wrong direction with taking things to slow you down.
