Well recently I have used hand lotion to masturbate not knowing it isn't recommended to do so and me being the id**t I am did not wash it off just wiped it off. Wash it regulary now. It may have just been irritated. I would avoide masturbation untill the irritation goes away (may be difficult i know) but it will help.
