Hi -

My BF just had Septoplasty and Turbinate Reduction Post Surgery done on Tuesday and his throat hurts so bad that he can not talk, eat, drink, is this normal?

Hi there girl. I just had the same surgery done about 10 days ago and yes thats normal. I kept waking up in the middle of the night with the worst sore throat of my life!! Id had to have my dad sleep in bed with me just incase anything happened or if I needed anything because tge pain was that awful. Its truly excruciating. I feel his pain. It should go away in a couple days and hell be feeling a lot better. Give it 6 days tops.
