Could this be a Iron problem? These are the simptoms I voimitt, small pupils, blood pressure high, but when i take my blood preasure I get two different readings from different harms, sensitive to light and noise.

You should see your doctor, it is probably linked with your hormones and your period. Your doctor can prescribe some migraine medication to make it much more bearable for you each month. I am going through daily headaches right now, not linked to my periods and it is very important to follow-up with your doctor as headaches can sometimes be a symptom of a much more serious problem.
