Help me Please I am suffering with severe pain around my belly button  it is like the muscles are pulling so tight  I can not sit or get up from a chair only relief is lying down...I am 69 and I do not want to lay in bed for the rest of my life  I just retired and want to travel but this Pain is stopping me from having any quality of life...I went to Physical therapy to have some gel put on my tummy and they did a gentle massage but that was a waste of money  Please someone help me  Thanks
