I have been having severe pain under my ribs on the right side. I no longer have a gallbladder. I am also having pain when i eat anything, problems with alternate diahrea, constipation, weakness, pain in legs and oits. dizzy spells and fainting.I have also ,had . trouble swallowing at times. had vomiting of bile, dry heaves
