Okay so me and my boyfriend were having unprotected sex, he pulled out, & ejaculated on a towel and wiped it all off and then we continued to have sex unprotected. Is there a chance I could get pregnant for carrying on the sex when he already ejaculated? I'm also on birth control but I missed alot of pills.

Yes, there is a chance. Wiping on a towel won't get rid of any sperm in his urethra. If he put his penis in your vagina then it could have "squeezed" it out or any precum would have forced it out and into you.
Depending upon when and how many pills you missed, you may or may not be protected. You might consider an emergency contraceptive such as Plan B.
