Allni can suggest is taking it easy . Try not to stress. And start a healthy diet and test either before missed period or after . Thats when you will get an accurate result

Its possible she may get a positive result now.. If not try on 14dpo .if its still neg and her period hasnt arrived by then test again .. If still neg wait a week after her missed period ... Some women dont get positive results untill they go to get a blood test done.

If she turns out not pregnant.. I would recommend getting ovulation kits and test everyday after period .. And have sex every other day to increase your chances on getting pregnant
