hello im so confused maybe someone can relate to me,

3 weeks ago i went for a physical but my doctor told me that i was preagnet that when he did the urine test he got the result in 5 minutes i couldnt believe it so i told him if he can send me to get a blood work done, a few days later he calls me saying it was positive with a low hcg lever that i mayb a few weeks., a few days later i woke up bleeding with blood clots i forgot i was preagnant so i thought i had my period then i realized "im prego andim bleeding" so i went ot the doctor and she told me i was probably having a miscariage but it only lastd 2 days, i went back for another blood test to see if i was still prego but i havent gotten my results yest idk if im still preagnet or not i really want to know this will be my second pregnancy and me and my babyfather are excited im just hopeing i still am i took 2 home preagnacy test and they come out negative but i took them in the afernoon but ive gained weight my clothes dont fit me im hungry all the time i get headaches,tender breast nauseas i feel preagnet but idk if i am . do u think im probably preagnet or did i lose my baby?
