Sexual disorder & joints, chest, backbone, pain

I am 25 years of age. i suffer from noctual emmission since last 10 years. Now sperm is very thin and come in to urine. my health is now very weak. i feel pain in all parts of body especially in joints and backbone. i also feel there is voice coming from bones of body while moving & walking. i feel so much tired every time. i consult with so many doctors and used treatment but no effect. i am so much depressed. please consult
