Sexual stimulation led me off my work, how to cope with it?

i am 26 right now , i started m##bating 13 yr before ,and it got ever incrasing, now i sh##g for 5-6 time a day... after having s#x i feel not so high,as i get in M##bation . how can i remove my addicatioN please help me-Ror
